Which Care rate applies
Which Care rate applies is set by the size of the site, not negotiated.

Terms that keep the work on schedule
- Build: fifty percent on signing, fifty percent at launch. Two rounds of revisions per page are included, and content approval is yours within five business days or the schedule moves.
- Day five: every build is live on the practice's own domain within five business days of a complete intake (the checklist on the intake page). If that day is missed for a reason on our side, Care is free for three more months after the three free months every build includes. Days lost to missing intake items, third party verification or the practice's own approvals do not count against the five.
- Care is free for the first three months after a build, with unlimited revisions, then billed monthly in advance, month to month. The rate depends on the size of the site: $150, $200 or $250 a month.
- Care includes changes to your existing pages, as many as you need, with a two business day response. New pages are fixed price add ons on the pricing page. Nothing is billed by the hour.
- Leaving Care: cancel by email before your next billing date and that is your last month. No notice period, no fee. Within ten business days you receive the handover: Monograph removed as an administrator from your accounts, a copy of the site's code, your DNS records and your compliance review record. Nothing is deleted.
- Growth is billed monthly in advance with a six month minimum, because search results move over months, then month to month with thirty days notice. End it early and the remaining months of the minimum are invoiced once; nothing further is charged, and everything published stays yours.
- Ad spend is billed by the ad platform to your own account, never through Monograph.
- Email and workspace: month to month with thirty days notice. When you leave, the licences and the administrator role move to your own billing and nothing is deleted. The setup fee is not refundable once your domain records are live.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance on the first of the month by pre authorized debit or card; one time invoices are due in fifteen days. A plan thirty days overdue is paused, not deleted, until it is paid.
- All prices are in Canadian dollars before tax. Prices are reviewed once a year, and a change never applies to work already quoted.
What you own, and when
On a build, the domain, code, content, and accounts are in your name from day one, with a documented handover on request. That does not change during a Growth minimum term or while Care runs: what ends at that point is the retainer, not your ownership of what was built.
