Process

The same eight steps, every time

Delivery is a system, not a series of custom projects. Every client runs on the same stack, the same checklists, and the same reporting. That is why a fixed price is possible and why the schedule holds.

  1. Discovery call (60 minutes)The questionnaire covers your College, your services, what must not be advertised, booking and phone flow, and who approves content.
  2. Proposal and agreement (Within three business days)Fixed price, scope, timeline, what you provide, and the compliance scope. MSA plus SOW.
  3. Content and clinical review (Week 1 to 2)We write; you correct facts. Every service page goes through the compliance checklist before design.
  4. Design (Week 2 to 3)Two directions on the home page, one chosen, then the system applied. Real photography over stock.
  5. Build (Week 3 to 5)From the starter template. Analytics, lead capture, schema, accessibility, and performance are in the template, not optional tasks.
  6. QA (Week 5)No launch without a passed checklist, including a scan of the built output for punctuation and claims.
  7. Launch (Week 6)DNS in your account, redirects for every old URL, Search Console and Bing verified, sitemap submitted, Google Business Profile linked.
  8. Thirty day review (Day 30)First report, fix list closed, Care begins.

Timelines shown are for an Essential build. Signature runs six to ten weeks and Platform ten to sixteen.

Ready to start?

A twenty minute call is enough to say which tier fits, whether a smaller one is enough, and when we could begin.
