Using this site
This site describes Monograph's services and publishes guides for health care practices in Canada. You may read, link to, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy pages wholesale, scrape the site for resale, present our material as your own, or use automated means to access the site in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.
Intellectual property
The text, design, and code of this site belong to Monograph, except where a page states otherwise. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to Monograph's brand, code, or written material beyond the reading and quoting described above.
Information, not advice
Everything on this site, including the compliance register and the advertising rules guide, is general information reviewed on the date shown. It is not legal advice, not regulatory advice, and not a statement that any website is compliant with any standard. Regulators change their standards; check the current version of your own College's standard before relying on any point. Nothing here creates a client relationship. That begins only with a signed agreement.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee search rankings, patient numbers, or business results, on this site or in any engagement, and we say so plainly. We guarantee the work described in an agreement and the reporting that goes with it.
