monthly

Growth

from $500 per month CAD, before tax

Six months, then month to month with thirty days notice. Leave early and the remaining months of the minimum are invoiced once. Minimum terms and ownership

An SEO and AI search program that is executed every month, not just planned.

How do patients find your practice through Google, Google Maps and AI assistants? Growth is the monthly work that makes it happen: your Google Business Profile facts (hours, services, categories, photos) kept current and answered; one page for each service you offer, written and reviewed by a pharmacist; entity data on every page so search engines and assistants can read what your practice is and does; reviews handled within your regulatory College's rules; and content written so an assistant can quote it accurately.

How is it measured? Search impressions and clicks by query group from Search Console, Google Business Profile actions (views, calls, direction requests), enquiries by source from your own site's first party data, including those that arrive from AI assistants, and one page report each month with a thirty minute call. Nobody can promise a ranking; Growth commits to the work and to showing you what changed.

What Growth covers

Search and AI search, run every month, not just planned once at the start.

Local and technical SEO

The groundwork every practice needs: a site Google can crawl, index, and rank correctly for the services and locations that apply.

  • Monthly technical SEO audit and fixes (crawl errors, broken links, page speed, mobile usability)
  • Google Business Profile management: posts, questions and answers, photos, categories, kept current
  • Local citation building and cleanup across directories
  • Service and location pages structured for search, added as the practice grows

AI search optimization

The same discipline applied to how ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Perplexity, and Grok read and cite a site, not only how Google ranks it.

  • AI search monitoring: which assistants cite the practice, and for what
  • Entity first structured data and FAQ schema kept current as services, staff, and hours change
  • llms.txt and machine readable data endpoints kept current. These are a plain map of your site that some tools read. Google has said it does not use them, and no published study links them to being cited, so we keep them because they cost nothing to generate from your own data, not because they produce visibility
  • An MCP endpoint so AI assistants can read the practice's public data directly, available in Platform builds or added to Growth by request

Content and reputation

Clinician reviewed writing and review management, not generic blog posts.

  • One clinician reviewed article or service page per month
  • Review response drafting
  • Two to three content pieces per month for multi location or service line growth, custom scope

Automations and AI agents

Building blocks from a Monograph site that remove manual work, available as part of a build or added to Growth by request.

  • Forms that route refill, transfer, intake, and booking requests to the practice's own system, not a shared inbox
  • A staff panel for what changes every week: hours, closures, vaccine availability, a notice bar
  • A private AI assistant for the practice, for documents and reporting, from $4,500 setup plus $150 per month
  • An MCP endpoint so AI assistants can read the practice's public data

Paid search and measurement

Only where a practice wants it, with spend billed to the practice's own account, never through Monograph.

  • A paid search program (Google Ads managed, ad spend billed separately)
  • Conversion tracking on every call and form
  • A monthly report with a thirty minute call

Growth modules

Add what the practice needs, one module at a time

Monthly and one time programmes that sit on top of a Monograph site. Each one is run with AI doing the drafting, scheduling and monitoring, and a pharmacist or the practice approving anything a patient will see.

Social media for practices

Quoted after a short call

Posts for Google Business Profile, Instagram and Facebook, drafted with AI from your own services and hours, reviewed against your College's advertising standard, and approved by you before they go out.

What we mean by this

Patient reviews programme

Quoted after a short call

A steady, permitted way to ask every patient for a Google review, watch what comes in, and reply to each one with a drafted response you approve.

What we mean by this

Paid advertising for practices

Quoted after a short call

Google, Microsoft and Meta campaigns for the services that pay, with ad copy drafted by AI, every ad checked against your College standard, and spend billed by the platform to your own account.

What we mean by this

Patient email programme

Quoted after a short call

A monthly email to the patients who asked for it: hours, clinics, seasonal services and plain health information, drafted by AI, checked by a pharmacist, sent under consent rules.

What we mean by this

Apple Maps, Bing Places and directory listings

Quoted after a short call

The same name, address, hours and services on Apple Maps, Bing Places and the directories that matter, set up once and kept in step with your site.

What we mean by this

Brand kit for a new practice

Quoted after a short call

A name check, a wordmark, a palette, type and the files a sign maker, a printer and a website all need, built the way every Monograph site already has a documented brand system.

What we mean by this

Service videos

Quoted after a short call

Short videos of your own team explaining a service, scripted with AI, reviewed by a pharmacist, captioned and published on your site, YouTube and Google Business Profile.

What we mean by this

Campaign landing pages

Quoted after a short call

One page for one campaign: a service, a place, a season, with the same compliance review as the rest of the site and measurement that shows what it produced.

What we mean by this

Accessibility audit for an existing website

Quoted after a short call

A WCAG 2.1 AA audit of the website you have now, whoever built it: automated scans plus a manual pass by a person, written up as a prioritised list you can hand to any developer.

What we mean by this

Website audit for a site we did not build

Quoted after a short call

A full written review of your current website: speed, search, AI search, compliance, privacy, accessibility and ownership, with what to fix, what to keep, and whether to move.

What we mean by this

Prices for these modules are not published yet. Each is quoted after a short call, in Canadian dollars before tax, and written into the proposal before any work starts.

The monthly report

One page, the same layout every month, drawn from first party analytics, Search Console, and Google Business Profile. Enquiries by source, including AI assistants. A short paragraph on what was done and what is next.

No client report is published yet. When a client agrees, a real report will be shown here with identifying details removed. Until then, the description above is what each report contains.

Questions

What is in the monthly report?

One page, the same layout every month, from three sources: first party analytics (enquiries by source, landing pages, calls and forms), Search Console (impressions, clicks, positions for the tracked terms), and Google Business Profile (views, calls, direction requests). A short paragraph on what was done and what is next. No pageviews without context.

Why a six month minimum?

Search results move over months, not days. Six cycles is the shortest period in which the work can be judged fairly. After that, Growth is month to month with thirty days notice.

Can Growth include an AI agent or automation for our practice?

Yes. A private AI assistant for the practice's own documents and reporting, and an MCP endpoint so AI assistants can read the practice's public data, are part of every Platform build and can be added to Growth for a practice on Essential or Signature. Priced separately and quoted after discovery, because scope varies by practice.

Does Growth include forms and intake automation?

The forms themselves, refill, transfer, intake, and booking, are part of a build, routed to the practice's own system rather than a shared inbox. Growth keeps that structured data current for search and AI assistants, and can extend automation further, such as routing rules or a staff panel workflow, by request.
