Growth module
Apple Maps, Bing Places and directory listings
Quoted after a short call One time set up, then kept current under Growth. CAD, before tax.
Google is where most people look, and it is not where all of them look. iPhone users ask Siri and Apple Maps; Copilot and Bing answer from Bing Places; many AI assistants read the directories.
In short
The same name, address, hours and services on Apple Maps, Bing Places and the directories that matter, set up once and kept in step with your site.
We claim and complete your Apple Business Connect and Bing Places listings, then the directories that feed search and AI assistants in Canada: Yelp, Yellow Pages, the Better Business Bureau where it applies, and the health directories relevant to your profession. Every listing carries the same name, address, phone, hours and services as your website, taken from the same data file, so nothing drifts.
After set up, Growth keeps them current. When your hours change in the staff panel, the change is pushed to the listings that accept it and queued for the ones that need a person.
What you get
- Apple Business Connect: claimed, verified, completed with categories, hours, photos and the actions Apple supports
- Bing Places for Business: claimed, verified and completed, which also feeds Copilot and DuckDuckGo
- Up to fifteen directory listings relevant to your profession and province, created or corrected
- One record of name, address, phone and hours, taken from your site data, applied everywhere
- A written list of every listing with its login held in your own account, not ours
- Under Growth: monthly check for drift, duplicates and reviews on each
What the AI does, and what a person does
How we use AI across these modules: it drafts, schedules, monitors and reports. It does not decide what a patient sees. Every post, reply, email, ad and page is approved by a person before it goes out, and the clinical and regulatory check is done by a pharmacist, not by a model. AI output can be wrong; the approval step exists because of that.
| AI does | A person does |
|---|---|
| Finds every existing listing for the practice, including the wrong ones, and compares each to the record. | A person claims, verifies and corrects each listing; verification codes go to you. |
| Checks monthly for changes and duplicates. | A person fixes what the platform will not accept automatically. |
The rules this runs under
Apple Business Connect and Bing Places are free to claim and manage. Verification is by the platform, usually by phone, postcard or document, and is done in your name so the listing stays yours. Checked 25 October 2026.
Listings describe the practice as your College permits: registered name, protected titles stated accurately, no superlatives. Services are named, not promoted.
What it does not do
- It does not create listings on paid directories unless you ask and pay the directory yourself.
- It does not post reviews or ask staff to.
- It does not use a listings reseller that keeps control of the data; every account is in your name.
What you provide
- Someone to receive verification calls or postcards
- Your exact registered name, address and hours
- A few photographs of the premises
What it costs
Quoted after a short call
Prices for these modules are not published yet. Each is quoted after a short call, in Canadian dollars before tax, and written into the proposal before any work starts.

Questions about apple maps, bing places and directory listings
We already have Google Business Profile. Is this worth doing?
Google covers most searches and not all of them. Apple Maps is the default on every iPhone, Bing feeds Copilot, and the directories are what many AI assistants read when they describe a business. Setting the rest up once is cheap, and keeping them consistent prevents the wrong hours showing somewhere you never look.
Who owns the listings?
You do. Every account is created or claimed in the practice's name with your contact details, and the list of logins is yours.
