Workflow automation

The steps your team repeats every day, moving a request to the right person, chasing a missing detail, sending a confirmation, happen on their own.

We map one workflow at a time with your team: where a request starts, who handles it, what they need, and what the patient hears back. Then we automate the parts that only move information, and leave the decisions with your staff.

Typical examples: a transfer request that opens a task for the pharmacist on shift, a new patient registration that sends the right forms and a confirmation, a change in the staff panel that updates the website and your Google Business Profile hours together, and a daily summary of what is waiting.

Automation runs on tools you own or that we set up in your name, and nothing about a patient's health travels by plain email or through a tool that has not been reviewed for privacy.

What you get

• A written map of each workflow before anything is built
• Routing, notifications, and reminders set up in tools you own
• Confirmation messages in plain language, checked against your College's standard
• A log of what ran and when, so a missed step can be found
• Training for your team, and a simple way to change the workflow later

What it does not do

• It does not make clinical decisions. A pharmacist or clinician still reviews every request.
• It does not replace your pharmacy system or EMR. It moves information between the places your team already works.
• Subscriptions for any third party automation tool are yours and are listed in the proposal.
