What a build includes
A staff panel for what changes weekly
The things that change every week are the things you should never have to ask us to change.
In short
Hours, closures, vaccine availability, a notice bar, staff listings. Edited by your team, no ticket.
Holiday hours, a closure, whether a vaccine is in stock, a notice at the top of every page, who is working this month: your team edits these directly. No ticket, no waiting two days, no risk that the site says you are open when you are not. The panel is deliberately small, with a handful of fields and plain labels, so the person at the counter can use it without training.
Everything else about the site stays under our review, which is the point. The panel changes facts, not the structure of a page or a claim that has been reviewed.
What you get
- Opening hours, including holiday hours and one off closures
- A notice bar that appears on every page and can be switched off again
- Availability of what changes week to week, such as a vaccine or a clinic day
- Staff listings, with titles kept to what your College allows
- Access for the people you name, removed when they leave
What it does not do
- It does not change page layout, structure, or reviewed claims. Those go through Care.
- It is not a full content management system, on purpose.
- Edits are logged, so you can see what changed and when.
Where it sits. Part of the starter template every Monograph site is built from, so it is on every site. See the three build tiers.
