Pharmacy and clinic website design in Truro
Monograph designs, builds and maintains websites for pharmacies and clinics in Truro. We are two practising pharmacists who own pharmacies in British Columbia; we work with Truro practices remotely, and every page is checked against the rules that apply in Nova Scotia.
The rules
What a Truro pharmacy or clinic website has to get right
Advertising rules
Pharmacies in Nova Scotia are regulated by the Nova Scotia Pharmacy Regulator, and physicians by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia. What a page may say about services, prices and outcomes follows their standards; other professions follow their own College.
Health privacy
Nova Scotia's Personal Health Information Act applies to custodians, which expressly include regulated health professionals, operators of group practices of regulated health professionals, and licensed pharmacies.
What pharmacists may prescribe
Nova Scotia pharmacists can assess and prescribe for common or minor ailments, urinary tract infections, shingles and contraception management, and there is no charge for the assessment with a valid Nova Scotia health card. A pharmacy site can describe these services in the College's terms and send patients to book through the pharmacy's own tool.
Drug coverage
Refill, transfer and service pages name the plan patients know: Nova Scotia Pharmacare. How refill and transfer requests work.

Languages spoken at home in Truro
In the Truro census agglomeration, no single language other than English and French is spoken most often at home by 200 people or more, so most practices here start with English. A second language can be added later as a content task; how that works.

Who builds pharmacy and clinic websites in Truro?
Monograph does, from Vancouver. We are two practising pharmacists who own pharmacies in British Columbia, and we build and maintain websites for pharmacies and clinics across Canada, including in Truro. Every page is checked against the Nova Scotia Pharmacy Regulator, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia or the relevant College before it goes live.
Do you need to be in Truro to build our website?
No. Discovery, content review and training happen by video call, and the site, the booking links and your Google Business Profile are set up remotely. Your team approves every page before it goes live.
What does a website for a Truro pharmacy or clinic cost?
Build is from $2,500, Care is $150 to $250 per month after three free months, and Growth is from $500 per month. The price is the same in Truro as anywhere else in Canada, in Canadian dollars before tax, with nothing billed by the hour.
