Pharmacy and clinic website design in Winnipeg

Monograph designs, builds and maintains websites for pharmacies and clinics in Winnipeg. We are two practising pharmacists who own pharmacies in British Columbia; we work with Winnipeg practices remotely, and every page is checked against the rules that apply in Manitoba.

The Winnipeg census metropolitan area had 834,678 people in the 2021 Census.

The rules

What a Winnipeg pharmacy or clinic website has to get right

Advertising rules

Pharmacies in Manitoba are regulated by the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba, and physicians by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba. What a page may say about services, prices and outcomes follows their standards; other professions follow their own College.

The advertising rules guide and the compliance register.

Health privacy

Manitoba's Personal Health Information Act applies to trustees, which include health professionals licensed under a Manitoba Act, so physicians and pharmacists are covered.

What pharmacists may prescribe

Manitoba pharmacists with the required training and College authorization can prescribe for listed self limiting conditions, and since 4 August 2026 trained pharmacists at participating pharmacies can assess and prescribe contraceptives. A pharmacy site can describe these services in the College's terms and send patients to book through the pharmacy's own tool.

Drug coverage

Refill, transfer and service pages name the plan patients know: Manitoba Pharmacare. How refill and transfer requests work.

Names, links and rules checked 8 October 2026. This is a summary for planning a website, not legal advice: each page is reviewed against the current version of the relevant standard at the time of the build, and the review is recorded.

Questions from Winnipeg practices

Who builds pharmacy and clinic websites in Winnipeg?

Monograph does, from Vancouver. We are two practising pharmacists who own pharmacies in British Columbia, and we build and maintain websites for pharmacies and clinics across Canada, including in Winnipeg. Every page is checked against the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba or the relevant College before it goes live.

Do you need to be in Winnipeg to build our website?

No. Discovery, content review and training happen by video call, and the site, the booking links and your Google Business Profile are set up remotely. Your team approves every page before it goes live.

Can our website be in Tagalog?

Yes. In the Winnipeg census metropolitan area, 29,690 people speak Tagalog most often at home (2021 Census). The site is built so a second or third language is a content task, and each translated page is reviewed the same way as the English one.

What does a website for a Winnipeg pharmacy or clinic cost?

Build is from $2,500, Care is $150 to $250 per month after three free months, and Growth is from $500 per month. The price is the same in Winnipeg as anywhere else in Canada, in Canadian dollars before tax, with nothing billed by the hour.
