The rules

What a Moose Jaw pharmacy or clinic website has to get right

Advertising rules

Pharmacies in Saskatchewan are regulated by the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals, and physicians by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan. What a page may say about services, prices and outcomes follows their standards; other professions follow their own College.

The advertising rules guide and the compliance register.

Health privacy

Saskatchewan's Health Information Protection Act applies to trustees of personal health information, which include licensed health professionals such as physicians and pharmacists, and pharmacy proprietors.

What pharmacists may prescribe

The Government of Saskatchewan says pharmacists can prescribe for many minor ailments and self care conditions, such as cold sores, allergic rhinitis and urinary tract infections in women. A pharmacy site can describe these services in the College's terms and send patients to book through the pharmacy's own tool.

Drug coverage

Refill, transfer and service pages name the plan patients know: Saskatchewan Drug Plan. How refill and transfer requests work.

Names, links and rules checked 8 October 2026. This is a summary for planning a website, not legal advice: each page is reviewed against the current version of the relevant standard at the time of the build, and the review is recorded.

Questions from Moose Jaw practices

Who builds pharmacy and clinic websites in Moose Jaw?

Monograph does, from Vancouver. We are two practising pharmacists who own pharmacies in British Columbia, and we build and maintain websites for pharmacies and clinics across Canada, including in Moose Jaw. Every page is checked against the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan or the relevant College before it goes live.

Do you need to be in Moose Jaw to build our website?

No. Discovery, content review and training happen by video call, and the site, the booking links and your Google Business Profile are set up remotely. Your team approves every page before it goes live.

Can our website be in Tagalog?

Yes. In the Moose Jaw census agglomeration, 305 people speak Tagalog most often at home (2021 Census). The site is built so a second or third language is a content task, and each translated page is reviewed the same way as the English one.

What does a website for a Moose Jaw pharmacy or clinic cost?

Build is from $2,500, Care is $150 to $250 per month after three free months, and Growth is from $500 per month. The price is the same in Moose Jaw as anywhere else in Canada, in Canadian dollars before tax, with nothing billed by the hour.
